Madison Referral Scheme (£400!)
The Madison referral scheme is open to anyone and everyone. Many of our longest serving team members have come via referrals and gone on to refer some of their friends and colleagues. We believe that referrals are the most reliable way to find new quality staff members and we love nothing more than rewarding you for your hard work.

£50 after 50 hours worked and then

How The Scheme Works
Simply fill in our referral form (available via the button below) and we will contact your referral. If we register and place you friend / colleague, you will automatically be enrolled in our referral scheme. Your referrals file will be listed against your name. On a monthly basis we check and notify you of your referrals progress. Once the referral is made it remains valid for life. Some people complete the requisite hours in weeks or months. Some take longer. Don’t worry, we will not forget and once the hours are reached, we will send you your reward.
Show Me The Money!
Once your referral is successfully placed in a role and they complete a minimum of twelve weeks in that position, you will receive a £350 gift card to spend at the Trafford Centre, Liverpool One, or Meadowhall. You can refer as many people as you like and there is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.
The reward will be issued within thirty days of your referral completing the qualifying period. The scheme applies to new candidates who have not previously registered with us in the last twelve months. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
