At Madison, referrals have always been at the heart of how we grow. Some of our longest-serving clinicians and support staff first joined us because someone who knew them put their name forward. Many of them have since gone on to refer their own friends and colleagues, creating a community built on trust, professionalism and shared values.
We’ve always believed that referrals are one of the most reliable ways to bring talented people into the team. When someone recommends a colleague, they’re putting their own reputation on the line — and in our experience, that leads to outstanding hires. It’s why we’ve always made a point of recognising and rewarding the people who help us find exceptional staff.
Now, we’re taking that commitment one step further.
What’s Changing? A Bigger, Better Reward
We’re excited to introduce an enhanced referral scheme designed to give even more back to the people who support our growth. From now on, every successful referral can earn up to £400 in vouchers.
Here’s how it works:
• £50 after your referral completes their first 50 hours
As soon as your referred colleague reaches 50 hours of work, we’ll send you a £50 voucher as a thank-you.
• £350 in vouchers once they reach 250 hours
When your referral completes 250 hours, you’ll receive a further £350 in vouchers, redeemable at the Trafford Centre, Liverpool One, or Meadowhall.
How to Refer Someone
Referring someone takes less than a minute.
Simply complete our online referral form using the button below. Once submitted, our team will contact your friend or colleague. If they register with us and begin working, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the scheme.
Every referral is logged under your name, and we track progress carefully. Each month, we review all referral activity and update you on how close your referral is to reaching the reward thresholds.
Your Referral Never Expires
One of the best features of our scheme is that referrals remain valid for life.
Some people reach the required hours quickly, while others take a little longer — and that’s absolutely fine. Whenever the hours are reached, whether weeks or months later, your reward will be processed and sent straight to you. You’ll never miss out.
